Remote Patient Monitoring
I have been privileged for 35 years to be trusted to provide retinal care in Northwest Ohio and in the third world. To respect health priorities and due to changes in the healthcare landscape, I find it necessary to retire. I had tried to make a change to a part-time position, but so far that has not been successful.
My staff and I have been working very hard this spring to make sure that patients can continue care with others of the highest quality, young enough to be available for a long while, and of a character that they will listen to patients’ needs and advocate for them. There are many good retina doctors in the world, but the ones I know here locally who best fit that mold and have been very kind and supportive are Drs. Joshi and Shah at ProMedica Vision Associates at 419-578-2020 and the doctors at Retina Vitreous Associates at 419-578-4367.
We have been working nonstop to accommodate patient chart transfers. We have already provided hundreds of charts to patients and new locations. My last day in the office was Friday, June 14. Henceforth, chart requests will be handled by Clary Document Management at the link below. It is possible that I might be able to resume in some capacity in the months ahead, but for now, I have no office and therefore no ability to see patients.
